My name is Ken Anderson; I am the owner of Atwood Furniture.  I love wood and working in it. I have developed my woodworking and design skills during 40 years in the antique and furniture businesses and studied wood design in college. During that time I have had a variety of jobs including antique auction management, wholesale and retail sales of furniture and antiques.  In addition to making furniture I have worked in antique restoration, cabinet making and finish carpentry. I spent 14 years teaching carpentry and woodworking in a public high school.  The diversity of my experiences and training enables me to design furniture that is compatible with antiques and modern furniture and to build it to a standard of quality that ensures many years of service.
